ON LINE PURCHASES ONLY
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days & receive a refund for products bought on line. If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must inform us no later than 14 days after the date you receive your goods & you must return items to us within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order.

All returns should be unworn & undamaged and in their original condition. Original condition means items must have labels attached, be unused with no marks, scent or damage & in a resalable condition. Please be careful when trying on clothing & jewellery that you are not wearing any makeup, hair products, fragrance, deodorant or other creams that may mark or damage the product.
Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt.
Please note all returns must be made at your own cost & we recommend using a standard signed for service & keep a receipt as proof of postage as we take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Please make sure your package is secure & labelled correctly. Once you decide to return any goods you must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession.
