Returns

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase(s), but we understand that sometimes things may not be quite right. You may return your online order for a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Items returned for a refund must be unworn and in a re-saleable condition with the swing tags still attached. All our returns policy applies to both our International and UK customers. 

Please note that return postage is your responsibility. Ensure the correct postage is attached to your parcel, and we strongly recommend using a secure, tracked delivery service (if using Royal Mail, make sure you obtain a reference code to track the parcel). Unfortunately, No. 1 George Street cannot accept liability for any items not received.

Important Information
Be sure to include the Returns Form sent with your order, and complete your name, order number, and details of the items being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account within a few days.

If returns are received after the 14-day period but within 21 days (and the conditions above are met), a credit note will be issued for the returned items’ value. This credit note will expire two months from its issue date. We kindly ask that items are not returned after the 21-day period as we cannot issue refunds, credit notes, or return the items to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
    1.    Check your bank account again.
    2.    Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
    3.    Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

In-Store Returns Policy

We encourage our lovely customers to try on clothing in-store to ensure suitability. However, we understand that sometimes time is limited or the weather makes changing clothes less appealing!

Items purchased in-store can be returned for a full refund if returned within 14 calendar days of purchase. Items must be unworn, with labels intact, and in a saleable condition.

For items returned after this 14-day period but within 21 days, a credit note will be issued for the value of the returned items. This credit note will expire one month after its issue date.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

All products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International service by default. When a package is dispatched internationally (outside of UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. There is also the potential for customs delays. These fees can be unpredictable and are the buyers / your responsibility. 

To return an order please download and complete the RETURNS FORM  with clear indication to the reason for the return.Â
